Q1: What are the available shipping modes and charges?
Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc. or post upon request from clients. Charges depend on the destination and weight of the package.
Q2: Do you hold ISO13485 and CE approvals?
Yes, we have obtained ISO13485 system certification and CE certification. Some of our products are also registered with the FDA 510k.
Q3: What is the minimum order quantity? Do you provide free samples?
We expect minimum orders to be around US$500. However, we support smaller sample orders for market testing. We can offer free samples, but the cost of freight is covered by the client.
Q4: Can I purchase products similar to the catalogue but not shown?
Yes, you can. Please send us pictures or samples. Please note that custom or similar products may require a slightly longer delivery time.
Q5: What are your terms of payment and stock availability?
